You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features (e.g., marking events as "Attending," check-ins, earning XP points, reviews), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The App allows you to discover events, mark events as attending, check in at events (using location services), earn XP points for check-ins, level up, leave reviews (only after checking in), and view heat maps of popular events. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to: • Harass, abuse, or harm others. • Upload false or misleading information about events. • Attempt to check in fraudulently (e.g., without being physically present). • Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

Check-ins earn XP points. Levels and any perks (e.g., exclusive previews) are provided "as is" with no guaranteed value. We may modify or discontinue gamification features at any time without notice.

You retain ownership of your reviews and other content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the App. You are responsible for your content and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights.

The App uses your device's location for features like nearby events, check-in detection, and heat maps. You must grant location permissions for these features. Use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by LOCALIST LLC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee event accuracy, availability, or safety. Attending events is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOCALIST LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice. You may delete your account in the App settings.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
